Sarah started her hospitality career in Scotland at The Balmoral Hotel followed by The Savoy London in front office and guest relations roles. This led to 5 happy years in sales and marketing at Maybourne Hotel Group.

Another 5 years as Director of Sales & Marketing at The Stafford Hotel in St James’s where she became an expert in upscale US travel agencies. This was followed by The Lanesborough, the Café Royal Hotel opening and creative selling at The London EDITION.

The cherry on the top was Four Seasons as Senior Director of Sales overseeing all global feeder markets for the corporate and travel industry and a large team for their three UK hotels.

Now this experience comes together in this consultancy business where Sarah brings you the insights and creative ideas that she is known for, with an extensive global network of contacts and a creative eye. Assisting hoteliers and hospitality professionals in Europe, the UK and beyond to capture more business and improve their product, service, marketing and sales.
